Borsh - борщ - beetroot soup
Pelmeni - пельмени - meat dumplings
Голубцы - golubtsi - cabbage wrapped meat
Shashlik - шашлык - kebab
Блины с икрой - bliny s ikroy - crepes with caviarrrrrrrr (the best)
& of course copious amounts of vodka, rye bread and pickles were consumed.
